Giving is the natural overflow of a generous heart that is full of the love of Christ. We give because all things are "from him and through him and to him" (Romans 11:36a). It's also important that we strive to be satisfied with what God has given us rather than being consumed with greed: "Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you' " (Hebrews 13:5). Giving is a practical way of practicing contentment and generosity. Scripture calls us to give to the poor and needy, to fellow believers in need, to the church and its workers, and to people taking the gospel abroad in missions work. As a church, we intentionally utilize our financial resources towards all of these ends, and we hope you will consider partnering with us in these efforts.

Yes, you can, and we encourage it! We believe Scripture teaches that giving should be a priority in the life of a follower of Christ. What better way to demonstrate that priority than by considering your giving as a part of your budget? Giving a set amount on a recurring basis is a great way of accomplishing this. You are still free to make one-time gifts in addition to any recurring donations you set up, as you feel led.
Scripture teaches that giving must never be done purely out of a sense of obligation. Rather, it is to be the joyful overflow of a generous heart (2 Corinthians 9:7). It should also be remembered that money is not the only thing God has given to us that we can share. Time, energy, and other resources are able to be leveraged to serve God's people and to support the spread of the gospel.
We believe that however you give of your time and resources, it should be done as an expression of worship to God. Because giving is a form of worship, we believe it should be done sacrificially. King David of Israel expressed this attitude well when he said "I will not offer burnt offerings to the Lord my God that cost me nothing." (2 Samuel 24:24).
