Your Privacy
Privacy Policy
Plain and simple: we only use what you share to stay in touch about the life of our church, and we never sell it.
Last updated: July 2026
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us:
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, so we can send church news.
- Contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message, so we can respond.
We do not run advertising cookies, track you across the web, or build profiles about you. The only measurement we do is simple, anonymous visitor counts, explained below.
How we use it
We use your information only to do the thing you asked us to do: to reply to your message, or to send you news, prayer requests, and ways to serve with us. We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Website analytics
To understand which pages are helpful and roughly how many people visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is privacy-friendly by design: it does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It records only anonymous, aggregate information, such as page views, which pages are visited, and the general country a visit came from. We cannot identify you from this data, and it is never sold or used for advertising.
Where it goes
Newsletter sign-ups are stored in Mailchimp, the service we use to send church emails. Contact-form messages are delivered to our church office inbox using Resend, an email delivery service. Giving and event registrations are handled on our Church Center site by Planning Center, under their own privacy policy; we never handle your payment details on this website.
Email and unsubscribing
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You will never be added to a list without signing up yourself.
Embedded content
Some pages include content from other services, such as YouTube videos (sermons and live stream) and Google Maps (directions). When you interact with that content, those services may set their own cookies. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Pages that contain Bible references load RefTagger (from Faithlife) so you can hover a reference to read the verse. RefTagger does not set cookies on this site, and if it is ever blocked, references simply stay as plain text.
Our newsletter sign-up and contact form are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads only when you start filling in a form, and it checks that you are a real person rather than a bot. Unlike many alternatives, it does not track you across the web or use your information for advertising. If it is ever blocked, you can still reach us by email or phone.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
Questions or requests
If you would like to see, update, or remove the information we have for you, or if you have any questions about this policy, just email us at [email protected] or call (901) 872-0623. We are glad to help.
